Terms of admission
Effective 17 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Calibrex OSINT Academy at calibrex.org/academy (“the Academy”), operated by Calibrex (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or requesting admission, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password and recovery code private. Your account is personal: it may not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared, misused or used to interfere with the Academy.
2. Admission and fees
Programme fees are shown in Indian rupees. Admission is requested through the Academy and confirmed personally by Calibrex. Payment is arranged offline with our admissions team; we never ask for card or bank details on this website. Admission is confirmed only when the fee is received and your account shows it as admitted. We may decline a request at our discretion, in which case no fee is payable.
3. No refunds
Programme fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed, including where a programme is not completed. Please raise any question before you pay.
4. Access
Programmes you are admitted to remain available in your account for the life of the Academy. Free content (Foundations learning and the first three levels of every Field Mission track) is available to registered learners and may change.
5. Assessments and certificates
Certificates are issued only when the stated requirements are met, as judged by the Academy’s systems and, where stated, by expert review. Course assessment retakes cost ₹500 each, up to five attempts including the first. Each certificate carries a unique number and may be verified publicly. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, impersonation, account sharing or any interference with assessment; verification will then show it as revoked. Certificates record skills assessed by the Academy and do not imply government, academic or intelligence-agency accreditation.
6. Acceptable use
All training scenarios, people and organisations are fictional. You agree not to use what you learn to harass, stalk, profile or harm any person, or for any unlawful purpose; not to copy, scrape or redistribute Academy content; and not to probe, overload or attempt to bypass the Academy’s security or assessment systems.
7. Intellectual property
The Academy, its content, missions, assessments and certificate designs belong to Calibrex. You may share your own certificate and its verification link.
8. Changes and availability
We may update programmes, content and these terms. Material changes will be posted here. We aim to keep the Academy available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Liability
The Academy is provided for professional education. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the programme concerned.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
